Sports Nutrition Counseling Goals:
To provide the athlete with the most current data on fueling
the body before, during and after training and competition to
promote optimal performance and recovery.   
 To form a team with the athlete by working together to
develop a realistic, attainable meal plan to optimize athletic
performance.
 To enhance athletic performance through the promotion of
nutritious and well-balanced meals and snacks.
 To develop individualized objectives that fit the client’s sport
specific goals, unique needs, lifestyle, food preferences and
knowledge.
 To provide the athlete with information and tools to assist in
the promotion of healthy lifestyle modifications to achieve
athletic goals.
 To provide support and encouragement in a nurturing, non-
judgmental environment.
